The client wanted a functional piece of art that could be displayed on their wall, while also holding a purpose, to store jewelry.

 

This Jewelry Cabinet is a true masterpiece, meticulously crafted from highly figured walnut, curly cherry and quarter sawn white oak. The hand carved ripple effect on the door and the grain selection for the cabinet back that is exposed were extremely intentional. When you place your left thumb to open the door they represent the effect water would have if you stepped into a puddle. This alone takes this piece to the next level.

 

Two hidden compartments in the drawers provide the perfect place to store your precious diamond rings. Rest assured that no expenses were spared in creating this stunning piece, including the solid brass knife hinges from Brusso.
